We at Shared Vision Psychological Services highly value our connections with other health care providers, school professionals and community liaisons. These connections not only help to strengthen the growth of our clients and their families, but also strengthen our professional development as we collaborate with you.

Shared Vision Psychological Services, Inc. (SVPS), is a now a sponsored site to provide continuing education (CE) courses to health care professionals working in the State of Illinois. SVPS was approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the State of Illinois to provide these services on 7/17/15. The primary initiative of the SVPS CE program is to enhance the growth of caring professionals by offering wide-ranging, evidence-based CE seminars that inform the psychological services delivered to clients. SVPS maintains the utmost attention to current literature and empirical research, consideration for individual diversity, effective multidisciplinary collaboration, and professional ethics. The overall purpose and objective of the CE program at SVPS is to offer CE activities that broaden the knowledge base, skills, and overall professional competence of psychologists and educators of psychology.

Attendance for the entire CE program is mandatory to obtain CE credits. Participants are required to sign in/out at the beginning and end of the activity. For programs that occur on multiple days, participants are required to sign in/out at the beginning and end of each day of the program. Upon verification of attendance and completion of the course, participants are issued a certificate of completion for their records. SVPS records pertaining to CE courses are maintained for three (3) years pursuant to the date of completion. A database of attendees for each event is securely held for subsequent verification of attendance as required.
